Marvellous St Andrew's Night Dinner

Mine host, Hugh Park dressed the part for the recent St Andrew's Night Dinner.

An excellent turn out enjoyed an excellent  Scottish based menu. At Tam's table the Scottish Trout, braised rib-eye and even mince and tatties were thoroughly enjoyed.

In a surpise treat Graham "Bamber" Bell rounded off an excellent evening with a Scottish themed mini-quiz. Someone at Tam's embarassed himself when, to the question "what was the occupation of St Andrew?" answered "Golf course designer". The fact that the quiz was won by a team including Bamber's long suffering wife Barbara, prompted the wry comment from wee George "Maybe we will win next time if I offer to spend the night with Bamber and cook his breakfast in the morning". Don't think so George...
